The firm was collecting tax files by email and sending reports as attachments. Documents went missing, clients asked for the same file twice, and staff spent April chasing inboxes.

We built a simple web portal: clients upload documents, staff request missing items, and finished reports sit in one account. It uses named logins and sits on the cloud stack they already had.

Tax season now runs through the portal instead of a stuffed inbox.
