Drawings, punch lists, and status lived in email, chat, and a spreadsheet. Superintendents showed up with the wrong version, and the office could not see what was actually finished on site.

We built a web dashboard by project: current files, open tasks, and a status the field can update from a phone. It was the first release only — no extra modules until they used this one daily.

Everyone now looks at the same project record.
