Three stores and a head office stopped paying for overlapping apps and started sharing one managed cloud environment.
A small retail group had a different login culture in each store: consumer file-sharing, personal email, and a leftover on-prem server at head office. Nobody could say who owned which data, and staff used personal phones for work files.
We consolidated email, files, and device access into one Microsoft 365 tenant, retired the unused tools, and set simple rules for what stays in the company account. Store managers kept access to their location; head office kept a view across all three.
The group now has one place for mail and files, a shorter vendor list, and a clear offboarding path when someone leaves.
